The Procurement Meetings Online support contacts between buyers of specific industrial sectors and suppliers of custom-designed parts experienced in or certified for those sectors.

1. Targeted meetings online with real prospects: the buyer will get in touch with qualified suppliers, who evaluated in advance the RFQ‘s and are interested to present they best offer. 

2. Time and cost saving: the meetings will be organised online, the buyer will take part in the meetings directly from his office, without any further costs

3. Flexibility: the meetings will be organised according to buyer‘s own availability

4. Covid protection: safe meetings in COVID time

The participating suppliers are small- and medium-sized companies specialising in different processes of mechanical subcontracting (from 15 to 250 employees, annual turnover from € 1 million to € 50 million), specialized in different processing of subcontracting parts in the field of mechanics. From technical drawings custom-designed parts will be manufactured in single piece, small, medium or large serial production.

The meetings will be organized by Europass, an Italian service company which since 2006 has been supporting buyers in the outsourcing process of custom-designed components and suppliers in their export activity.
